When it comes to the fallout trailer, a lot of fans of the fallout series are not looking forward to it. The director came out and publicized that they will be making it for non-fans, meaning script alteration from the original story because they want artistic freedom to create their own plotline. So, it will likely end up C graded or worse (basically average/forgettable). For their sake, I hope they aren't investing too much in production. I just find it odd that film makers decided to make a show about a popular game, but then say they aren't making the show for the fans that made it popular. This means they will have to create a new fanbase starting from scratch, plus maybe a few original fans that want to see how the show turns out so they can communicate to the rest of us how it is. meanwhile, movies like the harry potter series and shows like GoT had minor changes to the plot to accommodate reality, but followed the story of the book they were based on for the most part. They turned out wildly popular and successful, because the story was good. Any adaptation that is wildly different from the source material has (from what I've seen) faded into the abyss.
