I’m from America and might be able to offer some insight as to why so many people despise him. Many illegal immigrants don’t like him because he openly calls for them to all be deported and leads a bit of an hate rampage against them. Illegal immigrants have even been attacked by trumps supporters before, he fear mongers a lot. Many women don’t like him because he is of the opinion that abortions shouldn’t be legal in some cases. He has also been known to make derogatory comments about women in general, including one time where he said he would date his daughter if he wasn’t related to her. He also has made at least one racist/culturally insensitive comment towards every ethnic group (ex. called one of his political opponents Pocahontas). He also has been criminally convicted on dozens of counts, one of them being that he paid hush money to a porn star who he had sex with. In general his supporters are known for being pro-gun and considering how many mass shootings we have per year, anyone who is advocating that we keep guns around is not conducive towards a better USA. Overall he just does not know much about politics and was elected due to him having a lot of money. He doesn’t say things rationally, often just insulting his opponents and then yelling “make america great again” at the end of his speeches. If he is elected he is likely going to implement project 2025, an extremely biased right-wing and radical plan for the future that includes banning porn, gender affirmation care and more.

None of his doctors have come out (or probably ever will) to say anything is wrong with him but clearly something ain’t right in his head. People around him will protect him from anything. There were some reports of like a Parkinson doctor visiting the White House several times. A few doctors on TV think he has an issue with blood flow to the brain explaining him freezing up. But also to add onto this they’re Korean and it’s their view on this. People have tracked the phone of the shooter and he met with FBI agents in Washington, DC. His phone was also tracked to a shooting range where FBI and Dept of Homeland Security were practicing. There is also video of a second person on a water tower, where the Secret Service said they hadn't stationed anyone. The shooter was also featured in ads for BlackRock, and shorts were made on the Trump Family's business hours before the attempted assassination. Audio analysis indicate that 10 shots were fired, but from 4 different locations.
