i saw a theory that during the dark part, all the people in the background singing the 'oooo' parts are all foreigners, and someone said it was because during the dark times of the drug scandal it was the foreign fans and people cheering for her whilst the korean people were against her!

Don' think the theory stands tho, when the director of the MV leaked the BTS of the MV, there were Korean extras in the back with hood as well, and the context was more like the ppl in black hood represent haters and critics who have given her a hard time. It goes along with the lyrics where the part corresponds with she singing about the pain she has gone through ,, thinking about it in artistic perspective, black in the MV contrasts with white and green which symbolize pain and sorrow,, she is also placed in a triangle formed with red neon lights, this again shows that she was confined and trapped due to the hate and disrespect the haters and media (ppl in black hood) gave

I hate the part where you talked about her "drug scandal" and didn't even bother to tell people that it was a medication prescribed for her ADD (Attention Deficit Disorder) and the prescription was made in US (where the medication is legal and is indicated for her condition)

She did not know it was illegal and when she was investigated by your government, she was not charged because she was not guilty. Yet the crazy netizens, the korean people hated her with such intensity they stopped her from performing. Why is that? Why were the koreans so mean and hateful? With all the hate she received these past 4 years, she never gave up. I am so thankful to D-Nation and Brave Brothers who believed in her when no one in korea did. We her international fans are so excited for her comeback. She seems to be charting #2 on your music charts. So that must mean she is being loved again in korea. I use to love kpop and watch kdramas. Everyone with a sane mind knows Bom's scandal wasn't really a scandal and blown way out of proportion. Just silly and ridiculous. They treated her like crap. But we all know that Bom (and Dara) are fighters and while they may act silly, they have a fire deep within that burns and they will work their asses off until they make it.

I love about what you said about Dara and Bom...it should be mentioned that Bom and Dara are very close ever since their trainee days even during the scandal and until now so yeah they are best of friends and are even called the Park Sisters since they share the same surname but not blood related. It’s because the medication she legally took in the US is seen as drugs in Korea, which she wasn’t aware and just assumed there would be no issues as it’s basically medicine/pills. Yet they accused her of using and smuggling drugs, when in reality in the rest of the world it’s normal and legally medication.
