Korean Mom’s Melbourne Day Trip: Must-Visit Spots | Healing Time | Kids’ Favorite Korean Noodles

🥦 Recipe
🥨 Janchi-Guksu (Feast Noodles)
(1) Making the Garnish
▫️Julienne the carrots and zucchini, then stir-fry them with a pinch of salt.
▫️Separate the egg yolks and whisk them well with a bit of salt.
▫️Add a little milk to make the garnish softer.
▫️Cook the egg yolks into a thin, square sheets.
▫️Fold the sheet in half and cut it into 5mm wide strips.
▫️Roll them up.
▫️To keep them from unraveling, secure the rolls with some pasta.
▫️Then trim the ends. Done!
(2) Making the Broth (1.2L of water, 4 tbsp of Yon-du, 1 tbsp of Tsu-yu)
(3) Cooking the Noodles:
▫️Add the noodles to boiling water and cook for 4 minutes and 30 seconds.
*** Tip: When it starts to boil, add 1/2 cup of cold water. Repeat this twice.
(The noodles will become chewier. ^^)
▫️Rinse the cooked noodles in cold water 2-3 times.
🥕 Ingredients 🥕
▪️4 eggs
▪️Milk
▪️Half a zucchini
▪️Half a carrot
▪️Red chili
▪️A few pasta noodles
▪️3 servings of so-myeon noodles (thin wheat noodles)
▪️1.2L of water
▪️4 tbsp of Yon-du
▪️1 tbsp of Tsu-yu
