이번 주는 기다리던 불닭볶음탕면에 김밥까지 대량생산하고 오랜만에 전복솥밥도 또 만들어 먹었어요 (✿ﾟ▽ﾟ)ノ
너무 신선한 전복 때문에 재료 손질에 어려움이 있었지만 신선한 만큼 완성된 요리는 훨씬 더 맛있었어요!
요즘은 출근 전에 헬스장에 다니고 있는데 걱정과 달리 운동 후 활력도 생기고 기분이 아주 좋아요 😁
운동 한다고 나름대로 건강식도(?) 열심히 챙겨 먹고 있습니다. 부디 이 열정이 오래가길 🙏🏻

Hello, I'm Hari. (｡･∀･)ﾉﾞ
This week, I tasted the re-released Buldak noodles and made gimbap with tuna mayo toppings. and also I made abalone pot rice.(✿ﾟ▽ﾟ)ノ
It was difficult to prepare the ingredients because of the so fresh abalone, but the taste was so good!
These days, I work out at the gym before going to work, but contrary to my worries, I feel very good after exercising 😁
I hope this passion lasts long 🙏🏻

Right! Gimbap dries up when you keep it in the refrigerator So we usually dip leftover gimbap in the egg mixture the next day and fry it in oil, and it's so delicious! I'll film it next time. ❤️

I had capsaicin burn when making kimchi once or twice. A great tip: If you don't have gloves after you're done with the spicy stuff (or once you feel the burn coming on), rub your hands with oil, any kind of cooking or other oil will do. The capsaicin which is also an oil will disolve in it and you can wash it off with soap. Works like a charm for me.

I feel your pain, had to clean few buckets of bell peppers once, and some of them were mixed breed or something, and were quite spicy even though I didnt expect them to be... I couldnt even sleep that night because my hands were burning :D had a big bowl with cold water next to my bed to put my hands in it to ease the pain a little bit.
