You should do a video on HOW to eat in a Korean restaurant. As I've seen , they usually cook it themselves there , or have a lot of side dishes. Which I find pretty complicated , what if you mix all the sauces or I would personally don't know how and what to cook right there. So if you'd do a video on how to eat in Korean ( or asian in general? ) restaurant , would be super helpful! I know this comes off as pretty dumb , but I have never ate in a Korean / Asian restaurant before , so I really don't know. :) x

Hi Professor OH, Your vids are awsome, and very informative. I really enjoy your presentations. What is the difference (if any) between the way you said, "Where is the restroom", and this way of saying "Where is the restroom": 화장실이 어디에 밌어요? There's a few more letters, and I'm wondering if there's much of a difference? Thanks so much
@kimberlyadams20789 жыл бұрын
+robertshult Okay, well, first, you misspelled 있어요. That changes the meaning completely, but I'm sure it was just a typo. But the 에 is merely the location particle, and the 이, a subject particle. All they do is specify. However, if it can be assumed that 어디 means you're indicating a place in your question, and 화장실 can be assumed to be the subject, you can feel free to use them, but they aren't necessary.

Use RANG (pronounced rahng) "Kimchi rahng samgyeopsal juseyo"
@Lolman24010 жыл бұрын

***** 그리고 is also 'and' used differently. Just like in the English language 'and' can be used as connecting nouns or connecting sentences. With 그리고 you are using it to connect sentences mainly like you could say 삼겹살 하나 주세요. '그리고' 김치 주세요.

The letters themselves don't have any pronunciation. You must add the "ㅇ" to them to make a sound. '에' Is like 'eh' while '애' is like 'ae' as in 'ate'
