I'd love to be able to buy this pork bone broth and store it in my freezer. Buying pork and beef bones where I live in Canada is incredibly expensive; sometimes it's even cheaper to buy a pork roast. I remember the days when butchers would give the bones away to anyone who asked; and they always kept some aside for fig owners. The things I could make with this premade broth... 🤤
