Yess. I listen to music from all different countries and languages, all different genres. It is a powerful connector and transcendor. I don't speak Hindu or Portuguese or Korean. But doesn't make me enjoy the music any less. And for the languages I do speak or learning it can be helpful and super exciting delving into my favorite genres further finding French rap and German jazz.

@DMMA0726 You have all races that are influenced by us because we have rhythm. In America, you see them on the train enjoying poc dancing, vibin & just having fun, but the moment they see wrong doin' from a caucasian towards us, they do not stand up, they watch. Trust it not a few it a majority on the 7 train is mainly for them cuz queens have what they call Chinatown on main Street. They really believe they are above poc body language facial expressions, n it don't stop there. Indians, Russians, Germans, etc, sooooo many as well. Not knowing half of us are mixed. Basically, all races look down on poc.

I’m black and I always wanted to be a artist based in Korea. I’ve never been positive about my body and I have always wanted to be some other race. People always used to play with my hair and touch my arms in disbelief that I was so dark skinned. I used to wish I could cut my hair and it was would grow back straight. This world and my experiences have caused so much insecurity and almost made me give up on life. I almost forgot my dream. But seeing Moon always have me hope that someday I can be like her too.

This comment both saddens and disgusts me. Whenever you dislike your own race, you need to be learning to love yourself and your people, not looking up to an antiblack culture/society, that mimics black American culture, for acceptance.

@@ashantijordane1862 she isnt a kpop idol, stop dreaming about western people being able to become kpop idols that will never happen. she is a black singer singing in korean but kpop idol has a lot to do with korean culture and as long as you didnt grew up in a similar culture you wont and should never try to become a kpop idol, its not a place for you.

She is gorgeous and so talented! Her legs look so long sitting in that little chair next to them lol. I hope she makes it big, it’s crazy how fast she is learning Korean that’s such a hard language to learn! ❤❤

A rapper personally gets you tickets to their concert (with your fave rapper also there) - you're going. You'rrre going, no question.

Ms. Moon's features are similar to statues in Egypt. Queen Nefertiti to be exact.

Asians and black people should really come together. We are very much alike - especially non American black people. The soul is very similar, if that makes sense. The racism has to stop. Together, we can be so much stronger. She is so, clearly, Korean and black. But anyway - I am happy that these things are attempted. We must bridge the gap that colonialists puts between us. :)
