Korean Temple Stay: tea with monks and morning meditation

It's been a while since my last video but I have so much content to upload..! A month ago I had the opportunity to experience a Korean Temple Stay in Gwangju with some friends. Though I wish we could've stayed for longer, it was a blessing to experience the aura of the mountains and surrounding nature reserve. I hope the video captures some of that energy.
Looking forward to going back to Gwangju and seeing more :))

선운사는 1,500년정도 된 절인데, 마애불상과 봄 동백은 꼭 봐야하고, 내려올땐 고창 민물장어 먹어줘야 하는데, 리지가 알란가 모르겠네.
