It's not that India lacks modern aspects...it's just that some foreigners don't want to showcase the other side of India. I've seen many Koreans who often visit the slums and dirtier parts of India...India is a vast country, and not all areas are developed or clean...it's still in the developing stage. Additionally, most foreigners tend to overlook Ladakh, Himachal, Uttarakhand, and Northeast India (the Himalayan regions) when they visit. I'd like to extend a big thank you for showing the modern side of India.

Yeah we East Indian do have mongoloid feature but in our hearts we are Indian to the core, in my opinion sometimes we are more Indian than those so called main land Indians. When we visit main land India sometimes we do face some kind of comments about how much we look alike a Korean, Chinese or Japanese, but every thing is changing because of rising use of internet and rise in education level. The perfect example of this is that man in the videos.

I think your mainstream media is somewhat responsible for putting these stereotypes about India in your mind. India is the land of diversity. You can find all major religions in India(muslim,jews,hindu, christian,jain,sikh,buddhist,zorastrianism). You can find all types of skin complexions in India (fair to black to yellow to brown). You can find all types of landscapes in India (desert, volcano, backwaters, river, plains, river islands, islands, archipelago, Rocky hills, snowy mountains, coral reef,lush green forest, mangrove forests, rain forests, salt desert, white sand beach and many more)

I am sure that restaurants in this area don't have printed menu, you will have to get menu by scanning QR code. Even you can make payment by scanning QR code. There are Mother Dairy booths in Delhi where you have milk atms and vending machines. The catalogue of Mother Dairy products are awesome. I love Mango Lassi, Pista e Kulfi and Mishti Doi of Mother Dairy.

i didn't know what was the surprise for actually .......like in south korea , these areas are common right , even more advanced maybe its becoz u have seen India through social media and thought it would only be filled with dirt and thought as a very poor country.....India is beautiful but some areas still lack hygiene mainly the northern parts , the govt. and the people together as a whole need to do about this...

Me being an indian I request u not to travel to states like delhi ,uttar pradesh, jarkhand, bihar, west bengal.....you can travel anywhere in india like southern indian states like kerala, lakshawadeep islands , andaman and nicobar islands karnataka, tamilnadu, maharashtra, goa , north most side u can travel to ladakh, jammu kashmir,punjab Rajasthan ,himachal pradesh , utrakhand ....u can visit nort india all 6 sister states.....please avoid delhi ,uttar pradesh, jarkand and bihar...
