Korean Tuna Pancake, Chamchi Jeon, 참치전, Cooking RPG, Cooking Mama, Cooking Game
I made a Korean Tuna Pancake (참치전 | Chamchi Jeon).
It's a pretty common dish in Korea that you can easily make.
I had it since childhood.
A similar dish (동그랑땡) can be made if you use minced pork/beef.
The tuna version is the easiest tho because you don't have to worry about under-cooking tuna.

The idea of the egg scene/stop motion came from the video 'egg fried rice: 1 bowl of rice VS 10 eggs : dish of desire' ( • 계란을 10개 넣으면 황금똥이 나올까? ) by 먹어볼래TryToEat.
I forgot about crediting them for the idea when I uploaded and I only recently (13/August/2019) emailed them to apologize about this. I told them that I will re-edit if they wanted me to but thankfully, they were completely fine with it and said there is no need for it.
I also told them that their videos influenced the way I edit my videos and asked for their opinion on it.
They were happy to know that their videos influenced my editing style and said, although they could see similarities, they could also see the differences in the editing/effects/etc. They even told me that I have good editing skills and to think of them as a partner!
I was quite happy to hear this from a youtuber that I've been a fan of :)

*FAQ* *Why is the tuna/tuna oil red* - Because it's chilli tuna (I don't normally use flavoured tuna but it still tastes good). Don't forget to add salt if you are using 'normal' canned tuna. *Can I use 'other fish' / 'fresh fish' instead?* - It'll become a (Fish name) Jeon/pancake instead but it'll still taste good I think. This video makes me miss a weird dish my mom used to cook for us when me and my siblings were younger. It was tuna, mixed with egg, sometimes oatmeal for filler, pickled relish, salt (obviously), and some flour if the mixture was too liquidy. Although, I have to admit, the recip was made for when my family wasn't at its financial peak, I miss it nonetheless.

I just made this today, I didn't have those vegetables so here is what I put: I did 2eggs, 2cans of tuna, half of a sweet medium onion, 1 dried tomatoe, 1fresh tomatoe and 1 clove of garlic. I sautéed all the vegetables because they become sweeter and I dunno I just like them like that. I rehidrated a little bit the sundried tomatoe with hot water before cutting it. I just mixed it all together with salt, pepper and a few drops of some wercherster sauce perrins (you can omit this if you don't have it, or put half of an anxovie minced :) to give it extra umami, but be careful with the saltiness) For the sauce I put soy sauce, a drop of sesame seed oil and some honey to taste (since my stomach is a little bit sensitive with spicy food). If I’m honest it was kinda bland, though considering how high praise others are saying it is in the comments I’m guessing it has to do with the brand of tuna I had and the amount of salt, next time I make this I’m definitely adding more spices once I figure out what will go with this.
