In my home, we mix Bajra, Corn, jawar & normal whole wheat atta to make rotis.... And it tastes yummy 😋 Bajra roti is definitely very very healthy type of bread. I am glad Adi is liking home made Indian food like these. Good for his health. Kim ji is a pro in making Indian food 👏 P.S: I hope Adi will start his school this session.

Khud Indians bhi millet wali roti acche se bana nahi pate and you (Kim bhabhi) are doing wonderful job. When you put one side on tawa and other side you have to put Lil water aur haath se Pani ko aache se failaleso wherever crack will be there automatically it will stich and cook the side untill the water is not getting dry and it helps to cook from inside as well.

Bajre ke dough ko kafi der mix krte rahna chahiye and hath pe pani ki jagah sukha aata bhi use kr skte hai. And roti ko edges se press kr ke dhire dhire bnaye. I hope it will help

You can't store bajare ka atta store karne se bajare ka atta kadva ho jata hai 10 din ke andar pisa hu fresh bajare ka atta sweet hota hai aur agar ishe chulhe ke tave par half cook kar aag pe sek denge to behatrin banta hai hai UP me aise hi banta hai bajre ke roti bathua ka saag ya doodh se achchha lagta hai😊

Easy way to roll Bajra Roti is on wax paper - take a nice piece of wax paper and put the Bajra ball on it and then start pressing it to the size you want and then take the wax paper near the stove and peel the paper and put it on Tava - you can use the same paper and continue

when one take sun bath sun light must be on stomach area not on hands or legs ( use sunscreen mineral based, UA+UB ) + its good to take 6am - 9 am sun light, not of 10 am -2 pm 6:20
