Thank you for sharing. I was born in Korea, my mother was from North Korea. I was bullied as a kid, but I never lost a fight. I always stood up. I was raised in Oklahoma, HELL. Take care Joy! I teach Asian American literature. I love Dictee by Cha, about how Korean women are killed. She herself was murdered.

Your words and experiences reflect my own, in ALLLLLL WAYS. Also brought to the states at 6. I remember , too, what happened in Korea and the flight from Korea to the states. Even your 3 months in Korea... lol... all from the White girl perspective!! 😆 hahaha
