The lady with Amitabh Bachchan is Jaiya Bachchan his real wife n reel wife in this movie. She was much active in the 70's and 80's in Bollywood. She herself was a big star but rarely acted after her marriage. The rituals in the video depict " Karwa Chauth" its a specific fast that is celebrated once a year and married women would not eat or drink anything from before sunrise to the evening where they break the fast by seeing the moon. They pray to the moon 🌙 to provide their other significant other longitivity, looking at the moon through a sieve then at her husband is symbolic of that. Then they break the fast after their husband feeds them the first bite of food and the 1st sip of water for that day. In General Indian women are taught to treat their husbands good but that day they are treated as Gods. 😂😂😂

so Amithabh and Jaya is actually a married couple and they also acts as married couple here as Yash and Nandini. Rahul (Shah Rukh) is their eldest son, he's the adopted son while Rohan (Hritikh) is their own son and Rahul's brother. Rahul being kicked from the house because he marry to Anjali (Kajol) after Yash arrange his marriage with Naina (Rani). Pooja (Kareena) is Anjali's sister and Rahul sister in-law (then marry to Rohan at the end of the movie). in the end of this MV, Nandini looks startled and run to the door in rush because of her "mom's instincts/feelings" catch that her sons are reunite and she start to open the door, thought that her sons are home, but not. they're not home and Rahul still didn't notice that Rohan is his brother.
