Bhai bada dikkat hota hai. Vegetarian log non vegetarian ko ghar nhi dete, married log unmarried ko ghar nahi dete, gharwaalo ke hajar nakhre hote hain. Unke paas options bohot saare hain, ek client naraaz hoke chale jaega to 50 aur aa jaenge kisi bhi haal me ghar lene ke liye. Sabko pareshaani hoti hai. Aur rent to poocho mat. Bc Taj Mahal ko oyo bana dene se utna kiraaya nahi aaega jitna kuch landlords maang lete hain.

Its hard to find house in India.1 If you are a bachelor, people think you are not responsible enough. 2. If you are a non vegetarian, lot of houses are owned by vegetarians who dont like non vegetarians. 3. Being a foreigner can increase the difficulties, which i cant comment on because i m not a foreigner nor i have any experience in this regard😊. Living with a flatmate is not that bad, you may try it, it will be an experience of lifetime 😅

Its difficult to get a house or rented apartment of your own choice. The brokers always force or influence your choice. Indians too face this problem. One thing I would like to mention. If your budget is, say Rs 100 per month, you should state Rs 70 per month. Then the broker will try to show you apartment which are Rs 100 per month. They will always try to convince you to rent apaerment that exceeds your limit. Hope you get your apartment of your choice.

Don't worry even being girl and Indian it is very difficult to get apartment in decided budget some of they say we allow only faimly not a single girl abd every broker tries to get extra money. Its sad to us also . If i do that much of struggle to find patner i can get easily but not apartment 😅

Actually even for an indian bachelor...its difficult to rent an apartment in Bangalore....moreover prices have been increased like anything after covid...fully furnished 2bhk in 30k in a good society will be little difficult 🙏

Unnie, Dealers are tough nut to crack, I would suggest you to be verry very clear with dealers about your expectations as u call them. Also ask them what they are going to show you before hand and get the images of the house or maybe video of the house. I struggle to find a house it took me one month. You will get the best deal

Mumbai is expensive. 2 bhk usually you will get around 40k in a good society. This is still on the lower range. Prices are way more up.

This is becoming very major issue in India now .... nobody wants to rent bachelor workers, employees or even students... everyone want rent only families which is really wrong ...a single person who comes alone a new state or city or country where no one knows him/her and then this situation comes where he or she has no place to live...this will hurt India in long terms ...this mindset need to be changed...
