Jun, the apple hair guy, is actually Korean (Ahn Jun-Sung) He was born in Soeul, South Korea but I think he moved to America at a young age but he can speak Korean. If I'm correct, he did a lot of the choreography. He does covers of kpop songs on the violin and actually performed at K-CON. And the guy with long hair is Justin Chon. He is Korean-American and his father was a child actor in Korean (Sang Chon). The heavier guy who did the ballad is also Korean-American. His name is David Choi. :D Ryan is Japanese-American and Phillip is Chinese-American... I know too much

Roslan Jaafar Ryan is of Japanese descent. he's from Hawaii but isn't Hawaiian. his blood is Japanese. I can be born in Korea but doesn't make me Korean. it doesn't matter if he doesn't speak Japanese he still has the blood. so he's japanese-american.

Actually the guys in BgA are all youtubers lol Phillip Wang - (GD hair, long colorful bangs): Wong Fu Productions is his channel, they make short films. 안준성 - (Red haired guy): Juncurryahn is his channel. He is a violinist, dancer, singer and does covers of Kpop songs. David Choi - The guy they said was Korean lol he is actually a singer/song writer and producer. Justin Chon - (Guy with the long hair who licked the fence lolol) he is actually an actor. He was in the first Twilight movie!

OrangeJuice_1 if you live in more diverse and populated cities, a lot of people know and listen to kpop, like LA and NY for example. I live in Florida and literally MOST people where I live are fans or at least listen to kpop. It's amazing and it seems like most people became fans in 2015 and 2016.

That's interesting, I would've expected people to have at least heard about it in LA and NY but not in many other places. Where I live and a lot other people I've talked to live the average person has never heard of kpop. Maybe those places aren't very diverse idk?

They did actually purposely make the lyrics strange. Dong Saya Dae is kind of a parody of Kpop, but they did actually try to make it as Kpop-like as they could, I think. They kind of approached it as if they decided to put together a Kpop group without actually knowing Korean, but I think they said David came up with the lyrics for it in Korean, and they were all aware of what they were saying. They were purposely trying to be funny. :P

How come none of the Korean people reacting to BgA ever seem to realise that the joke is that they're singing in Korean, but don't know what the lyrics mean? Every single reaction video that I've seen (with Korean people reacting) has them evaluating the ridiculous lyrics very critically and saying things like, "The lyrics are in Korean but they don't make any sense!" when that's the point.

Yeah, unfortunately I found that out the hard way when I ended up in a volunteer work camp with a bunch of Korean college students who came to my home town; while my Korean was good enough for us to make conversation, and most of them understood a fair amount of English, the only one who laughed at my (at least I like to think so) fairly decent jokes was the one guy who'd studied in Canada for an year. I just thought that a Ryan Higa video would be more obvious, that's all. ^^
