that is not Thalassophobia. It's when you look down and you see absolutely nothing, just pure ocean darkness, and you feel like something there or the ocean gonna swallow/engulf you. It's similar to the feeling when you're at the beach, and then you start going further and further into the sea and suddenly the sea starting pulling you in and that "oh shit" adrenalin release moment happens. I don't know if I have it, but it certainly makes me uncomfortable, heck even some video-games trigger it

Actually, I have quite a rare cases of phobias. And these phobias what really out of your mind (maybe): I have gigantasophobia (fear of tall people. Even though my fiance is about 6 feet/185 cm to be exact tall, I'm still scared of him 🤧), hypengyophobia (fear of responsibilities), paralipophobia (fear of neglecting duties), and chilophodophobia (fear of centipedes, and this fear haunts me since I was a kid 🤧) Yeah, I'm a weirdo. But this is nothing compared from what I've got when I was in highschool

claustrophobia is not a joke, i feel intense rush of fear when the lift is small and starts moving.. the same goes for darkness in night, especially when i woke in middle of the night and sudden blackout happens, actually that made me suffocate really hard..

2# (being in deep (especially when it's clear and transparent so you can see how deep it is) water) is mine. I always imagine giant, lethal sea creatures showing up from the depths to eat me/kill me, and I am in the water, so I'm defenseless. Terrifying. On the other hand, I don't have a single one of any of the others, so overall I'm really happy with how I turned out in that regard. Not scared of the dark either (surprised they didn't include that one, since it's one of the more common ones). That isn't to say I don't have a healthy respect for not going to the very edge of a 1000 meter drop off a cliff, so I don't risk death, or that someone can't scare my by wearing makeup that makes them look like IT, and then grab me from behind while shouting when I'm not looking, but I feel like that's normal, and not phobia. These two though...why are they scared of pretty much everything lol? 😅😂Also, as someone who absolutely loves birds, the idea of being scared of them is unfathomable to me. 😛
