My choice is Lisa, I can’t believe a girl willing to leave her home country to a foreign company at 14 to follow her dream. Korean is well known to be raciest, they SEA country are below their status they tend to look down at them. Being a foreigner you get paid less than her band member, not allowed to do more than 3 gigs per month because of government rules. On top of that the company itself placed restrictions and mistreated in the beginning 1-2 year of debut. As Lisa gets more international fans they see some valuable and started to treat her a little better but still not the same treatment as the other bandmate. Lisa work ethic is incredible she always attentive, and get things done. Less talking more working. That’s how she is. I enjoy her dancing and singing. Her choice in fashion is very in point and different than the other. Bold and fresh. Same thing as her passion in dancing always trying different things to the audience. We don’t see her expressing her thoughts or idea in camera but in the background she doing everything to make it perfect for her fan. She is a well round performer always giving more than 100% on stage, even if she’s sick out mad of her group or sad about something. She doesn’t show it so her fan doesn’t get worried. Very considerate and damn humble. Anyway that’s my spill on LISA

Lisa is the most famous Blackpink member in global. Korean treat her badly in the past because she comes from SEA that almost Korean usually insult. (Nowadays even through Lisa is more famous and got a little attention from them, she still be treated from Korean worse than other members) Compare to other countries which respect people from their performance and nice personality, so Lisa got more fans outside Korea.
