Not surprised that you guys enjoy African food so much. It is similar to Korean food in that its savouriness/umami comes alot from seafood and fermented products. Africans use dried/ smoked seafoods, fermented as well. They even have seasoning that is similar to fermented soy bean; locust beans, castor, sesame and others are fermented. That is what makes you want more of the food!

I feel so proud watching this!! Cameroonian Jollof Oyeeee!! Ndole isn’t made with spinach, it’s made with sweet bitter leaves and blanched peanuts. Sometimes people add spinach if the bitter leaves is a little bitter. Try roasted fish and bobolo next, it’s a staple in Cameroon. For drinks try Top Ananas and D’jino cocktail.
