some interesting historical culture facts Samosa was introduced by Arabs through trades original name is Sambusa it was filled with meat the purpose of this food was they wanted a easy to carry food as they travel long journey so they came up with Sambusa after this food introduced to indians they replace meat with potato as they are vegetarian and with error in pronounce sambusa become Samosa. 😊 Sambusa is present in middle east countries and in other Muslim countries like Indonesia, Bangladesh, etc

Buttermilk is not curd with water.... It is the by product milk which we get while making ghee(clarified butter)....with tadka and spices Also Vada pao usually comes with mint chutney and dry chutney l. I just feel like since they are eating with Indian girls , it should be in reflexes to tell them about the common things about these food

You get buttermilk after churning curd, it is not a by product you get while making ghee. The curd for buttermilk is made of cream with curd culture added to it and then churned after 7-8 hours. While curd made for lassi is culture added to warm milk.

Asli gulab jamun ka mja to gaya ke dudha se bana mava or desi ghee me tale hue ka hai.asli gulab jamun gay ke mave se hi bante hai.
