indeed most Indonesian dishes is greasy or oily, and the one you tried (rendang) is one of them, but I recommend beef rendang more than chicken rendang, (mi goreng) fried noodles and fried rice (nasi goreng) are worth a try too, and other Indonesian dishes like : - Soto ayam (chicken soup) - Bakso (meatball & soup) - Sate ayam (chicken satay) Also very delicious. and let me tag you in the comments of another Indonesian food review, I hope your viewers and subscribers will increase quickly.
