The bald one is "Poppin J" and the another one is "Crazy Kyo". Try search around and you can find a lot of videos. They are famous popping dancers from Korea and just got champion in juste debout world final.

Poppin J and Crazy Kyo won the world popping championship of Juste Debout in Paris earlier in the same year. But they were two of the most famous dancer in the world of hip hop before that so it's not really incredible to see a performance like that but it still great ^^ Korea is the best popping nation since 2010 and if you want to see a good performance like that go watch Hoan, Kite, Jaygee, Greenteck, Boogaloo Kin, Creesto, U min or Hozin x)

They're called world champion poppers on the basis that they won the entire popping division of Juste Debout, which is far and away the biggest and most rigorous dance competition in the world. First you have to win a qualifying tournament, and then you have to win a tournament composed only of other winners of qualifying tournaments from all over the world. Juste Debout is a big deal and winning the whole thing is definite cause to say you're a world champion, or even the world's best.

Twins arent poppers. They do their own style of hip hop. Also, stuff like "world's best popper(s)" is always up for debate as it is so individual down to personal preference. They are definatly among the best, but definate number one? nah i dont think so
