I really like the voices on this keyboard, design is optimistic as well. The fact they've combined Drawbar, modulation and Pitch into the joystick is great too.

This man is truly in love with his music as a retired pro keyboard player myself 1975 till recently when the. Keyboards cost as much as a small house he has a lovely feel And gets the most out of the affordable. Ones my first korg was a. Mono synth korg 700s and sounded like a strangled bumble bee .

Hello Jeremy. Iam from Portugal. I had this keyboard at home. Iam na entermediate/profissional keyboard player. I bought the ek50 to use as my second keyboard. But, the less of some features, take me to turn back the ek50 to the store ande buy the Korg pa600. The pa600 is amazing in terms of features and other things. The question is, my ears tells me that the korg ek50 has a better sounds, with more realism and more Bright sound. But, everyone tells me that de pa600 has better sounds, with the rx and dnc. So, wath do you think about that? The sound of my pa600 seems to be too much close, not open Bright sounds. If i avaluate the both with closed eyes, i will tell that the ek50 is best :) understand me? have I to change the equlization of pa600? Thanks, keep the good reviews

Congrats! EK50 sounds are more processed for ready to play from factory. PA600 starts with a dry voice so you can use effects to get the sound you want.

Nice review,im looking for a "upstairs keyboard" to put in the bedroom,busted my knee&can't make it downstairs to get to the "music room" where my keyboards&daw is so im looking for something to keep my fingers busy,gota play everyday ya know!,use it or loose it! I have to say this korg is probably the best sounding compared to the Yamaha,roland&casio&your demos have kinda convinced me on the korg. I know korg builds tanks so reliability&durability isnt a question( gig'd a poly six for years&the only thing that hurt that was a van wreck)& the zounds are amazing for this class of keyboard so im sold,time to convince the wife now...lol.... thanks man!!

Hi Jeremy. I’m a guitar player and not a keyboard player. I only play keyboard by ear although I can read music .... slowly! With other keyboards I have used the 1 2 3 finger chord function to play chords. I would like another one to make simple backing tracks and was looking at the Casio but these seems like a better buy. What do you think for what I want? Your advice would be appreciated....your videos are really good.

Wow.. Killer Korg sounds at an affordable price! I was very close to getting the PA600SG but I finally decided that I prefer more of the sounds from the Roland BK5. Still I do miss some of the Korg sounds. This could well be an affordable option. :)

This keyboard sounds the same as the Korg Pa50 keyboard, but the features are still complete on the Korg Pa50, I am a blind person who has been playing with the Korg Pa50 keyboard for a long time, I prefer the Korg Pa50 SD keyboard, I hope the Korg PA50 SD keyboard will be produced again by the Korg company

Hi Jeremy. Appreciate your excellent videos. Had all but decided to buy the Korg EK50, but came across the Korg PA300 and PA600 which both look to be nice keyboards with their easy touch screens. 5:41 is that their best piano? Because it sounds like a cheap casio to me. I guess I'm used to Yamaha keyboards. I am digging those organs. Korg is known for their synth sounds anyway, but really. Could be the speakers too.

Many thanks. In your videos you seem to hesitate berween the EK50 and the casio CT-5000. I look in these series now, cause the psr-sx 700 and the pa-700 sells for 2000.00 in Canada, wich I find to expensive. I also look at the pa300 but it is a little old. And the psr sx 600 seem to be made for India and Asia. You see I,m following you. Best regards. JP

Sounds are better in the Casio. Korg is easier to use and it has a better keybed.

Having fun with my ek50, but as I have read korg keyboards suffer from the odd note hang and this has happened to me 3 times. Seems voice 1 maybe the issue on the ek50. Turn it off fixes stops the note hang, but does not do it all the time. I have read korg do have issues with note hang.

Default touch sensitivity in this video. You can select various velocity curves based on your own touch and dynamic range.

If you have a laptop and some basic studio software, the EK50 can shine! The EK-50 is a Workhorse that you can Gig with, no doubt.

Awesome demo Jeremy!! Does it have a suitable "JUMP" sound? Just curious before I buy one.
