What does the key bed feel like? More like an M1/Triton or more like a Krome?

Can anyone with this model confirm within a DAW if the unit can reach a max velocity strike of 127? I’ve had issues with other Korg controllers in the past not being able to hit a velo of 127. Also, if it can, does it reach 127 without feeling like you’re going to break the keys?

Honestly this really sounds like a defective unit or a software issue…possibly an internal setting. I set the velocity sensitivity on piano tech by calibration then furthermore I can set the dynamic percentage both of these setting can easily prevent me from hitting 127 if not set properly. I checked the internet…a few had problems with the microkey and it seemed to be a setting need to be adjusted issue.

@@markaprill6501 Wasn’t defective. Went through 2 units from Sweetwater, both had the same problem, and Sweetwater tested a few they had out of box and they too had the problem. It was the 61 key version of one of their micro controllers. Everyone I reached out to on YT that had them said they had the same issue with theirs too. It’s not just Korg though. Even some of Yamahas keyboards that are supposed to double as midi controllers can’t reach 127. My Yamaha MOXF6 cannot either.

@@squeakDok I believe you..after thinking about it this could be a difficult part to calibrate and could easily go wrong.

Are those knobs rubberized? Because they will go sticky by design (planned obsolescence).
