I have the hardware version of the extreme, sounds are very identical I only wish the korg vsts could be standalone with the 16 track sequencer , where as you don't need any other software. just export wave and your good, Is that asking too much. Love the demo.

Yeah, thanks for that info. I was looking at a cheap ram-shamble 61-key hardware, where the right plastic bookend was falling off. I could not test it any furthur, except that I felt that the keybed is akin to my M1 and DX7. Light to the touch. Me thinks now, that I will just stick to Korg's vst, and play it from my M1. Watta think?

This has the most beautiful nylon string guitar patch ever. no matter how new a syth is, if its using samples or physical modeling, guitar patches always aound like harpsichorss. But not with Triton Extreme..nope! Its gorgeous. Not quite 100% realiatic, but fine enough to compose songs. And yeah, the drums are majestic

Nice selection of combinations! The 'Extreme' I'd say comes from it being loaded with more built-in ROM PCM memory and so many more preset programs and combis than any other Triton. A through N bank memory slots, each with 128 programs/combis per bank - that's a lot! I've had my Triton Extreme 88 keys since 2008 and am still amazed at the diversity of sounds and new-to-me preset combis/programs I had not previously explored.

I believe the "extreme" is just referring to the preamp tube in the original unit (it's depicted in the UI). I worked at Guitar Center when these where new on the market and you could drive that tube independently from any program material

It's literally a triton, extremely maxed. Sounds, memory, and yes the valve force tube. It should've been silver like the others. The navy blue gave it a vintage look. Still a great keyboard. I'd buy one today.

I love this VST. Maybe I download this. A few years ago I discovered the Gladiator 2 VST. It uses HCS (Harmonic Content Synthesis). I use this with my Yamaha P35 digital piano connected via a midi-cable to FL Studio 12. Lots of sounds, very complex VST

What’s the deal with the delay on some acoustic guitar programs? I’ve got both the Classic and Extreme VST’s, but I noticed that several of the guitar programs have a very noticeable delay or lag when playing. It’s not all, just a few. It honestly makes them unusable IMO. I don’t remember the hardware version having this lag.

Thanks man! Love Korg plugins but it seems like there's too many of them. Roland did "one stop for all" with Zenology, Korg's collections 1 or 2 or 3 or 4 or whatever.... making me dizzy. I have some of collection in demo mode, more then enough for me. But i would love to see some comparisons with real hardware!

I really like your channel however, I could do without the SHORTS. They don't offer enough depth on any instrument you choose and the whole reason l like your channel is because of the depth you went into prior to starting the SHORTS.

shorts are shit, i fully agree. but that's the youtube game these days and you have to play by the rules. but nobody gets notifications for shorts, so just ignore them. and shorts are never replacing my long form, they are just additional bonus stuff.
