The Triton was (and is still) an amazing synth. Clever marketing by Korg to come up with a revolutionary synth that carried so much punch in terms of capabilities. The name "Triton" alone still provokes a sense of awe and admiration. The creativity and innovation that went into the Triton was phenomenal. We salute all the folks at Korg who contributed to the design and manufacture of such an incredible piece of machinery.

The touch screen was cool but it wasn't that mind blowing because the Trinity is the one that changed the game when it came out with it. The Triton was like the Trinity on Super Saiyin level 3. Nastiest part about this board I would say was the Sampler and the expansions. The Sampler gave you ASR-10 levels of capabilities where you could see the waves you were chopping and the expansions gave you access to stuff like MOSS and all the other dope stuff. Really Dope Synth!

I enjoyed the Korg radias much more than the Triton, it was a lot more versatile in terms of the sounds and rhythms that you could create, only used the Triton for the piano sounds as the radias lacked any
@DyReckProductions3 жыл бұрын
Can't lie the Radias was nice.. Might not be as sexy as the Triton but it was dope.

I still want one. I have the rack version but i dont know how to sequence on it. Im scared of that touch screen though, its over 20 years old.
@DyReckProductions Жыл бұрын
Lol I feel you..At least you still get the dope sounds..It shouldn't be hard to midi it up to a external sequencer.

@@Tony_Anthemz three times on sync? I have a Triton but I don’t understand what that means?
@Tony_Anthemz Жыл бұрын
@@nostalgiaregret the master and slave concept of midi but the audio Inputs on the asr 10 makes sampling the korg interesting because of the electronics and sample edit features on it midi connect them and let The Triton be the slave ..use the asr sequencer etc
