Ingredients:
* Chicken - 1 kilo
* Kori rotti (crispy rice rotti) (available in Mangalore store)
Masala preparation :
* Coconut oil - 1 tsp
* Dry red chilly - 8-9
* Coriander seed - 3 tbsp
* Cumin - 1.5 tsp
* Black pepper - 1 tsp
* Cinnamon (dalchini) - 1 inch
* Elaichi (cardamom) - 2
* Lavang (clove) - 5-6
* Few curry leaves
* Poppy seed (khus khus) -1 tsp
* Fresh coconut - 3 cup
* Garlic - 11-12, roughly chopped
* Onion 1 small (roughly chopped
* Water for grinding as required
Chicken curry preparation:
* Oil - 2tbsp
* Ghee - 1 tbsp
* Onion 2 big finely chopped
* Chicken - 1 kilo
* Tomato - 1 big, finely chopped
* Turmeric - 1/2 tsp[
* Few curry leaves
* Salt as per the taste
* Water to adjust consistency
* Coriander leaves - 1/4 cup, chopped
