Hopeless and Beaten and Worst is on Its Way, I would say Start the Healing is the one I like the less, too poppy for me, instead of choosing a favourite one. HAB is just poetry and WIOIW almost killed the rest of the album for me, it's everything Bleeding Out didn't achieve in terms of groove, maybe too short but incredibly well executed.

They did a tour in 2022 that I went to and they played a re-worked version of Alone I Break, it was amazing. IDC much for the studio version of AIB for some reason, but the re-worked version they played live had more distorted guitars and sounded much better!

I listened to the new album 3 times in a row early this morning on a bus to work and the obvious choice for me was "hopeless and beaten" man it kicked my ASS. That choirs was deeper then hell. "Help me this thing is feeding" that freaked me out so much....so amazing. The tune, the intent from the lyrics. they all hit the way I wanted them to. Brilliant stuff. I love the entire album but that one song really had my attention. I almost ......nah I cant do that on public transport lol

I'm a big Korn fan but they're not underrated haha. When you're selling out shows most of your life, and your name is known worldwide, you definitely aren't underrated. There are many talented artists who barely receive any recognition in their lifetimes.

Nah, if anything Korn is over-exposed as a band (and as a hardcore fan myself, I say that in the NICEST way possible) But I honestly don't think Korn should be as popular as they are...what I'm saying is, Korn as a band is a household name, in other words people who don't even listen to this style of music know exactly who they are for the most part. I think Korn should be a band that appeals to serious fans of music and their hardcore fans, but I don't think they should be a household name like they are.

Original KoRn fan here - Got introduced to them thr week ISSUES came out. Funny thing is I hated it, but that's becauae i had already listened to their first album no joke probably 50 + times in the 5 days it was introduced to me. Issues was such a different sound and at rhe time i had ALOT of rage inside me being a teenager that was bullied alot. The ironic thing is that ISSUES became my favorite album to date. TALITM was a massive letdown for me. For how "heavy" it was, it sounded muted to me and piece-mealed together. I hated it and its my least listened to album of theirs. For me, it is the only album that i felt did not have atleast ONE "ah-ha!! Now THAT'S KoRn!!" track. And then along came REQUIEM and i now put this album in the negative KORN file of mine. It ls not good. I dont know how they keep missing key opportunities to add flare and excitement to their albums, but they keep missing it. The only good and worthwhile track IMO is LOST IN THE GRANDEUR. That would be the perfect KoRn song IF JD didnt mute his voice when he goes off after the third verse and screams MOTHERFUCKER. Its too muted. Like come on JD you're not gonna kill your vocal chords ONE time to really give us the anger and emotion like you used to in the 90s and 2000s. Anyway, i disagree TALITM being their last good one. The Nothing was pretty good. BUT IMO their last real KoRn sounding album was KoRn III REMEMBER WHO YOU ARE and that's because they had Ross Robinson producing it, who as you know producrd their first album.
