KoRn saved my life in 1996 when I discovered them. It changed me forever and gave me something to look forward to. I’ve never loved another band like I love them and if it weren’t for them I wouldn’t be here now. There are lots of bands you can call original over the years but KoRn is epitome of originality and substance. They’re on their own planet no one even comes close. 23 years ago man.

It's funny this song has kinda my life motto that faith God is there for you and religion really isn't. God gave you your life and doesn't want you to waste it blindly following someone's or something's that promise you a "light" at the end that most religions teach. Only God himself can judge your life in the end and it's up to you to define how you live it to the best of your ability. This is why music like Korn usually gets labeled as "evil" because it exposes the hypocrisy of such messages religion teaches us when in reality the person preaching is no more or less valuable a life than yours. Of course this is just one person's interpretation, but keep on listening and rocking and have the best life possible for yourself.

For those of you wanting the meaning to the song Jonathan said it better himself: "It's about how everything's always handed to me, how I look up to God and say I don't want this anymore. Like I want something more out of life than all this. And I've got everything I really need, but sometimes I don't like it and I don't know how to explain it. I have to sit through the songs more to actually get into what I write. I really and truly know the meanings of the songs... almost. But it's like I'm haunted by demons that influence my writing. It's a give or take of that. I mean I love being a rock star, I love all that it entails, but I hate all the pressure and all the bulls--t's that involved. And I'm asking God, you know, take this away and make me happy. But he's telling me, 'hey, you got the life. You get to see the world, you get to do this, you get to be in a great big band.' My mindset when I was writing the song was that I was really down on everything. It's like I'm sick of this bulls--t, all the stress and the pressure. But if it were all gone, I'd be in even more hell."
