I wonder if Jonathan Davis is aware of how many lives he saved with his music and lyrics by giving so many young kids something to relate to and the knowing that they weren't alone. Personally, if I ever got the chance to meet him, I would hug him and thank him for the fact that he is a major reason why I am still here today!

Miss you Jake, I knew how much you loved these guys. I got my Korn tattoo right around the same time I knew you for those short months. We listened to Korn together but it was off a shitty iPod speaker so we never got the chance to jam how it should be. RIP friend. As I type this JDs playing the BPs on the intro to Shoots And Ladders. Hope they have stereos where you're at, turn it up!

I saw Korn right around this time...within a month or so of this. It was my first concert as a freshman in high school. The tsongas arena was within walking distance of my house and ALL of these bands rolled through. 1998-2002...if you can name a band that was popular during that era, chances are I saw them over at the tsongas arena with my buddies, getting stoned as fuuuuck in the pit. What a great time to be young....
