There's a reason why there's an expression for "putting on your game face." Actually interacting with chat while also playing a game is incredibly demanding as your attention is almost constantly divided. The fact that many streamers can play games so well while also interacting with their chat is an amazing skill that I'm sure takes quite a bit of time to fully cultivate.

Put a Pekora stream on in the background and count the seconds when she's not talking or screaming. You'll only need one hand. Point being, Korone is right that Pekora is really good at talking while playing. She does it just nonstop for 8 hours, and she's loud and emotive as fuck, and to someone who didn't know any better, they'd be like "why is this girl so annoying and dramatic"
