Kiitos, uutta materiaalia. Ainakaan itse en ole nähnyt aiemmin. Säännöissä oli porsaanreikä, siis huoltotauko kesken erikoiskokeen. Oli laskelmoitu että kannattaa pitää renkaidenvaihto-pit-stop joka ymmärtääkseni vei noin 30 sekuntia. Hommahan kiellettiin pian koska eihän moinen kuulu rallin henkeen. Kärkitallit vetäytyivät kun tieto Henrin ja Sergion menehtymisestä tuli. Olisi ollut tyylikkäämpää lopettaa ralli siihen paikkaan. Jostain käsittämästömästä syystä ralli ajettiin loppuun. There was an odd loophole in regulations in season -86 and maybe an year earlier in 1985 which allowed pit-stopping during special stages. It was soon banned and easy to see why. In 2nd of may, second special stage of the day the disaster happened. No one knows why but Henri's car went off the banks into the trees and bursted in flames. They say both Henri and Sergio died instantly. Top teams retrieved from Rally de Corsa instantly but for some inmagionable reason they decided to carry the rally to the end next day.
