Ik voel het nog natrillen....maakt van alles los. Is er een betekenis wat deze chakra meditatie kan doen? En wat als je bij een chakra bijna niets voelt...wat wil dat zeggen?

Hallo Monique. Bedankt voor je interesse en het beluisteren van de chakra meditatie met klankschalen. De bedoeling hiervan is een chakra balancering door middel van klank. Dit is echter een korte meditatie, maar indien regelmatig beluisterd kan het toch een effect gaan hebben. Veel beter werkt het natuurlijk nog tijdens een individuele sessie met klankschalen en de trillingen zijn dan uiteraard ook nog veel beter voelbaar. Geen vergelijk met een filmpje. Als je niets bij een chakra voelt, dan kan dat veel betekenen. Is niet zo 1-2-3 te zeggen, want de beleving kan bij iedereen anders zijn.
