On avarage yes, I have opened up 2 boxes with 5 legendaries and 1 box with 4. But never below 3

Yeah I noticed not seeing several legendaries at all until the last 2 boxes, where yours from a sealed case?

@AllAboutTradingCardGames i bought my 3 box from 2 store in canada but its seems to have the same kinda of card 😅 so maybe we got a batch of the same variation of packs
