Kosas doesn’t advertise the cloud set powder to be a setting powder for under the eyes. It’s more of a powder to sweep all over the face for some finishing touches. Pressed powders are generally not for setting the under eyes. Loose powders are best to set, especially the under eyes/t-zone. If you’re looking for a clean beauty one I highly recommend the ilia loose powder. Works amazing for my dry skin. RMS has one as well, but haven’t tried that. Great video!!😊

Hi there yeah sure, I mean it works for underneath the eyes but not well in combination with their concealer😊 I have used the ilia one for so long, I used it in my very early videos all the time. The RMS one is also featured in my latest video☺️ Thank you for watching💖
