My description of video content: - The dynamic warm-up with Japan's dynamic counting - it is interval for one exercise - 1 2 3 4 - Ichi Ni San Chi (counting sensei alone) 5 6 7 8 - Go Ro Shichi Hachi (counting other together) - 2:20 to 2:56 - a sample exercises in pairs to increase the rate of reaction of the body - Inoue then shows his favorite techniques from the walk - he demonstrates Uchimata Goshi (Hane Goshi), Ouchi gari (I noticed - when moving to the opponent, before pulling down of uke with Tsurite he pulls uke's just the littlebit to oneself. Then and borh arms pulls together dynamically down, chest when subject hitting the opponent), Osotogari, Seoinage Morote (very low in the sitting position, very strong Kuzushi) - always very nicely giuds and controls Uke to the ground during throwing. - 5:50 - an explanation of how to deflect the opponent forward - Around 6:50 - he explains the work of the wrist at Kuzushi at Hikite (which pulls hand - arm sleeve) - back of the hand facing up, elbow up also, Hikite creates space (window) for the technique ( time 7:33) - he shows basic exercises - From 8:20 - he explains the work Tsurite (the hand that lifts - collar hand) at Kuzushi - shows basic exercises, wrist along with forearms form a straight line (thumb up) and raise and attract uke - From 9:50 - he shows the joint work of both hands (Hikite together with Tsurite ) at Kuzushi, preparatory exercises for walking - From 10:40 - the preparatory exercises for practicing Kuzushi - uke is sitting - using power of leg instead power of back - From 11:50 - he explains clearly that it is better to use the power of your legs than the back - is necessary to reduce (lower center of gravity) and Kuzushi uses bend legs (time 12.50 ) - Around 14:20 - it shows the correct position of the front foot - he mentions Sankaku (triangle) - the foreleg of Tori is at the top of the triangle (time 15.00): Uke's left foot - right Uke's foot - the forefoot of Tori. Then we have enough space to deflect of Uke to forward. In subsequent turns the body in Tsukuri (positioning) is possible to notice that his second Inoue's foot intercepted significantly behind the first Inoue's foot, closer to Uke's - this lg is bent - this is probably the essence of the techniques as we learn Hanegoshi / Uchimata goshi - guarantees that the sides will be in touch and swung up foot tori will have the energy for suffixes. It should be bent at the knees and legs during turnover at Tsukuri lower center of gravity (time 15:35). - 17:35 - and explanation of neccessity for contact with his uke's hips and back side - the body's leg, hips, Inoue's upper body is straight, until the close contact with Uke (Uke is wrapped around the hips and lower back) and in final bustle of the body leaning forward, along with rising swung up feet - at Kake (execution). Don't poke up the buttocks during Tsukuri ! - 19:35 - a very nice technical performance of young Japanese Judoka's - Tori moves Hikite very high over his head, Uke is perfectly deflected, nice performance of Tori's Tsukuri at Tsukuri - beautifully intervenes feet away when turnover is very low during contact ( hips and back side ) with Uke and then Tori the very lightly throws Uke, he falls over Tori - 20:00 - a sample Kuzushi with moving back (way go to opponent) to Ouchigari, an important work of both hands - Inoue performs hand movement - as if opens Judogi of Uke in order to make contact almost do not turn the chest - weights down of Uke in both sides of the body equally, again reduced gravity when Tsukuri opponent after Kuzushi back on his heels - 24:00 - an explanation of Kenken variations techniques - he teaches the neccesity of pulling down of Uke (get down opponent's head) and carried out at stooges moving into the circle
