The Exit festival was viewed as a symbol of liberation and power of people and she was performing there in 2001. This song was like an anthem

This song is what led me to Kosheen. Once I bought & listened to the album, I couldn't believe that they didn't release one of the other tracks as a single as much as this is a good song; the rest are way better! RESIST is a must have & I still love it like the first time I heard it.

First of all, thank you for the HD version. I don't know if it is the same for anyone else, but for me this song and music video were always one of the most British things I ever experienced in my life. Remember having a residency when this came out and this was a staple in my mixes for a long time. So many great reactions, people singing back and smiling gives me chills writing this. This tune will always hold a dear place in my heart and never failed to get the room bouncing. Still one of my favourite tunes of all time and one of the most fun ones to mix to his day. It's perfect for mashups and layering other stuff behind it, and the dj friendly production of it means you can get mixes to go on forever.
