what i love about bbq is not the wining its the legit respect everyone has for each other. and the dammmm skill and prep that goes on cooking. my fav is when you guys hit DATTTTTTT MEATT WITH THE INJECTIONS AND RUBSS and when that rub starts to sweat and take to the meat looks like heaven.
