Kosoo Korean Restaurant in Downtown Vancouver - Cardero Location. What We Tried for Lunch.

Kosoo is a popular Korean restaurant in Downtown Vancouver offering authentic Korean cuisine at reasonable prices.
We visited them for lunch and tried the following:
Marinated Grilled LA Galbi: lettuce for making a wrap, miso soup, spicy salad, dipping sauce, and two bowls of rice
Beef Brisket Budae JJigae: marinated grilled beef brisket and Korean sausage stew with spam, bacon, sausage and kimchi
Both were delicious and comforting. It was more than enough food for 2 people and we had lots of leftovers.
