I have tried to get help from Kospet but they don´t answer. When I received my watch (Tank M1) the strap had no buckle. Does anybody know where to buy priceworthy straps that fits Tank M1? B.p. steps and heartrate woefully inaccurate. O2 seems okay but I think it just randomly gives a reading between 94 to 99. If you want an inexpensive watch that tells the time and you can go swimming with then go for it, mines going in the draw.
