It's not the lag, more of sensitivity issue bought one last week but I'm still facing that. Maybe they'll fix that with some software update. For the time being that's in all the Kospet watches.

No. It uses the phone's GPS. The T3 ultra has built in GPS

@kadabraabra2077 The main difference is the inclusion of GPS in ultra versions - and I think it's the steel strap and different body materials (would need to check back with the leaflet they sent prior to review).
