Ingredients for Kossuth cookies: 400 g sifted fine flour

Baked in the baking molds described above, a very nice tall dough is born.
You can also bake on a traditional black flat baking sheet, the muffins will be lower there.
Serving: sprinkled with powdered vanilla sugar.
Baking the cake: 40 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees C, in the upper and lower baking mode. In a larger, wider, longer, for example, flat baking tray, this time is much shorter.
The cake stays buttery soft for a very long time, so it is worth storing it in a well-sealed glass or metal box. In preparation for the holidays, the cake can be baked up to 2-3 days before.
