Kota looks like a ghost town these days. Generally, to-let boards are hanging in every building and there is desolation in the luxury rooms. The reason is that the number of students here has decreased by more than 40% in the last one year. But what is the reason for this sudden decline? No ,thats not the case.because you see the number of aspirants in NEET are increasing every year. Actual thing is that,every coaching is now available online and in hometown. Besides,localities of kota are very bad and disgusting people. Kaam dhandha nhi hai,bas students k paise se apne aap ko seth samajhne laga tha sab kota wala. Accha ho rha h.. Koi mat jao kota. Bycott kota.

भाई में लोकल हूँ कोटा से 3 साल से देख रहा हूँ 5 से 6 महीने मे 9 से 10 मंजिल हॉस्टल बनकर तैयार कर देते है दिनभर तोडफोड ऊपर से मनमानी रेट। Residentail कॉलोनी को इन हॉस्टल वालोंं ने commercial कर दिया मन मानी तरीके से कहीं पर भी 6 से 10 मंजिल बिल्डिंग बना देते है मेरे घर के पास भी यही हुआ अब तो धूप भी 11 AM से 3:00 PM तक ही आती है ।।😢 दिन भर ट्रक और CONSTRUCTION का शोर चारों तरफ डस्ट हि डस्ट , हॉस्टल वाले बोरवेल भी करा रहे उसमे भी रातभर शोर expected कि जितने number of Hostel hai utne hi number of बोरवेल होंगे डायरेक्ट बोले तो cement के जंगल बना दिए इन लॉगो ने। 😢😢

इस सेक्टर का पीक निकल चुका है । अब इन्हें कोस्ट कटिंग करनी पड़ेगी । फीस आधी करनी चाहिए। टीचर पेमेंट आधा करना चाहिए। अन्यथा सब कुछ खत्म हो जायेगा। कोचिंगों के खिलाफ आंदोलन भी हो सकता है। जगह जगह कोचिंग खोलकर सब को फंसा दिया है ।

Reality is that , NEET is having such skytouching cutoff of around 650 which is very difficult to achieve for most of them , so people understanding that life can also go smooth by other options as MBBS is not everything and that's true also . So students are switching from NEET . And Kota is pressure cooker for many students , stress and lost of life in recent year make situation worse for student and parents . I scored 616 marks this year currently choose other option in life and I must suggest to fellow mates choose NEET only if you have talent to score that much otherwise don't trap yourself in this toxic rat race now

Unnecessary toxicity no guarantee for quality of education … fixed exam , solver gang , impersonation, neet 24 paper leak . Exams are not worth this sort of tension .

Also hostel mafias are big reason. They so much overcharge rent and didn't even discount a single penny they serve unhygienic bad quality food I was one of the victim of being in these hostel, they harass students for rent and fine for late rent submission

There are always positive and negatives views about everything. But fact is : 1 kota has given enormously large number of doctors /engineers/entrepreneurs to this country . 2 it has not only developed a fantastic infrastructure for studnets but also developed a complete eco system for target oriented studies. 3 the system works very honestly on students academics and that is the one and only agenda of coaching and their teachers here. I came from a very small village and did as directed very honestly and secured very good AIR in iit. So it all depends on your perspective. You need to focus on things for any small or big success. Those who can’t focus won’t be able to achieve desired goal (may be they are good at something else, everyone is different ) . But blaming a city by knowing hardly any fact is not good.

Me isi elake me rahta hu orr ye sahi baat hai maximum hostel khali pade hai orr jis room ka rent 8000 tha vahi luxury room aaj 2000 me mil rha hai . Mere hostel me 96 room hai jisme sirf 6 student rahte hai baki khali pda hai Orr is tarah ki room facility pure india me nahi milegi

Parents AND student don't take admission in Kota read below points 1) in Kota after some months they divide classes in common class and SRG class , most of teacher only concentrate in SRG class students , and not interested to solve doubts of common class children but some teachers are good 2) Kota specially landmark are is too much dirty ,all open drainage system smelling bad all time , no security , parents styling with children's has to no way to walk any where 3) every thing is just like loot like vegetable shop , fruit shops, book shops they are taking much money as they know that these ladies don't have any why to purchase so they take more amount 4) now the most important point is hostel and flats near sangayan and smayak 2 are taking too much rent only one room for kitchen in which they put one bed and other small room is study room with bed , bathroom no window in room only one door its too suffocating and too much hot as weather of Kota is always hot all budling are having common wall so no window . 5) taking too much rent as much as they wish also electric bill they set meters so that electric bill shows more amount if we complain owner then they send there electrician and that electrician says meter is all right as there is setting betting owner , electrician and warden so they eat electric amount also , budling not clean properly , 6) wardens are too much arrogant initially they talk very good once you took flat they then start ignoring even there is many maintenance complain they assume we come here for study so we have to adjust even if there is any problem in building ,most of wardens are young wife and husband and with 1 or 2 kids they don't want to stay in there village along with in-laws so they come to Kota landmark and take warden job so that they get house to stay in budling also salary also they get many things from family and students who leaves budling and they don't have any any work full day they only enjoy laying on sofa of Reception watching people going here and there ,passing comments and gossiping sitting on sofa also some time they illegally give flats to boy and girls who stay in leaving and earn some extra amount (owner don't come to building and see what going on , only owner want rents that's it ) 7) warden allow girls to go along with boy friend in return they get some tips (amount) , ice cream party ,toys for there children, in Kota many boys and girls stay together in flats 8) THOSE WHO WANT TO DO STUDY CAN STUDY FROM ANY WHERE

सबसे बड़ी वजह वर्तमान में सीकर शिक्षा का बड़ा हब बन गया हैं इसलिए अब ज्यादातर स्टूडेंट सीकर में पढ़ाई करना चाहता हैं इसलिए सीकर में छात्रों की संख्या बहुत तेजी से बढ़ रही हैं इसलिए कोटा में छात्रों संख्या बहुत कम हुई हैं

घर से पढ़ाई करने वाला है। ऑनलाइन कोचिंग और 2-3 पढ़ाई वाले दोस्त। बहुत रिस्क है बाहर रह कर पढ़ना। क्या पता कब डिप्रेशन आ जाए और सुसाइड अटेंप कर ले कोई। इस बात को समझना होगा कि सीट्स उतनी ही हैं बच्चे मर मर के पढ़ाई करे या कम पढ़ाई करे या बहुत कम पढ़ाई करें। बच्चे ही बच्चो के दुश्मन बन रहे है एक दूसरे से आगे निकलने की मार काट जिसमे कोचिंग वाले हॉस्टल वाले पैसा पीट रहे हैं। मर बच्चा और उनके घर वाले रहे हैं।
