Here I was thinking they would be talking about the second AC-130 Gunship mission, where you destroy homes occupied by cartel and corrupt military, destroy a school, a farmer's market and two bridges which could halt trade between other towns, destroying the economy of the town. Not to mention in the first when you destroy agriculture with civilians danger close to the AC-130's 25, 40 and 105mm gunfire.
