What happened before the battle: Arsonal refused to battle until they payed him the rest of his money, but they didn't have it at the time, Ilmac heard this and got so pissed off because he was told the battle might not happen so he started punching walls and drinking-that's why he's drunk in the battle in case you didn't notice. Scar Sighted Well, supposedly vs. Okwerdz and vs. Pat Stay he switched the time limits last minute. I think even to unlimited vs. Pat Stay. Vs. Illmaculate Arsonal cancelled the battle over a disagreement over money, so Illmaculate got drunk since the battle was off (and hey, it's still a party) and eventually Arsonal got the money he was demanding and the battle became back on after Illmaculate was drunk. Arsonal and "bitch shit" is synonymous.

I'm not sure if you've read the comments, but it should be clear by now that the battle was either canceled or delayed because Arsonal wouldn't battle until he got more money (or got the rest of his money), so Illmac continued drinking assuming the battle wasn't going to happen, and then magically Arsonal ended up agreeing to battle. This kind of bullshit happens in a lot of Arsonal battles, like vs. Pat Stay over time limits, and maybe all the way back to vs. Okwerdz or Dizaster.

This is the first time I watched this battle the whole way through, and I say Ars got it, but it was by no means a demolishing. Both verses for the first two runs were on point, although I preferred Ars subject matter a tad more, and then the 3rd went to Ars, clean. However, Ill came pretty slick. I love his confidence, and the slow, clear, and potent approach in his presence. Sometimes it works to his advantage, sometimes it doesn't.

Second time watching this.... I'm an Illmaculate supporter and all I remembered was how it was kind of sad how Illmac was sloppy in the 3rd round and repeated stuff twice, hence not really wanting to see him perform badly again, but... Upon watching it again, Illmaculate definitely smoked Ars in the first 2 rounds. It wasn't as bad as I remembered, Illmac sorta got through his 3rd round and he at least ended it on his own terms. Ars has some slick moments and how he can shift, but has so much recycle and filler in his rhymes, the lyrical dexterity and polish of his delivery, I just wish he had more content.

For those of y'all that don't know, this was right after the Canibus vs Dizaster battle...The battle was suppose to happen earlier, but Arsonal backed out because of an issue he had with the pay. Then Illmac said "Fuck it" and got wasted. After that Arsonal decided he would battle after all. The combo of a dead crowd after the Notebook and a drunk Illmaculate didn't lead to great things

For those saying Arsonal won, you must've not understood what Illmac rapped. He broke down Arsonal's entire character, especially in the 2nd round. 1st broke the midget slogan down, 2nd broke down his thug image. I think if Illmac wasn't drunk, his 3rd would've broke down Arsonal entirely. BUt as is, 2-1 Ilmac. Plus, I rate rebuttals as a huge hit if they connect, and not rebuttaling something huge as a big minus. Arsonal didn't debate anything Illmac said, just went back to his gun shit even after Illmac broke his thug image. The only thing that I found really hit was his hood rules scheme.
