Bill's writing is supremely underrated. He's been saying this for years, even leading up to his Twork battle some years back. A topic of contention before his grudge match with Hitman was whether or not Bill Collector was "Top Tier". I think Bill has proven that he can sell tickets, as well as hang with the pen crowd who are seen as less entertaining. He really does it all. Bill 3-0.

Both are bad moves because option 1 wastes material on a tired angle that never works on him and option 2 is bad because very few people can best Shuffle at the comedy approach. Bill is naturally funny himself and well known for implementing it in his rounds so taking the comedy approach won't feel forced, and his energy combined with his levelled-up bars could win him the battle. Shuffle T can be beaten, but virtually nobody can beat him at his own game and I think Bill might be one of the rare few who can.
