Monterey, California's The Saurus is back after a debatable loss in the 2 on 2 Grand Prix Finals. Darkside (Dartmouth, Nova Scotia) native Pat Stay is back in Toronto for another battle after a very personal battle with MarvWon. Just how will this epic clash play out?

Pat choked and got barred to death after openly acknowledging his respect and admiration for him in the first place. You gonna swing on your role model? At this point in their careers Saurus was vastly more experienced. He predicted Pat's approach exactly, was ready for it and rebutted it without losing any cool or poise while getting way more reaction from a Toronto crowd.. 4-1 decision on Canadian soil and the one judge who voted for Pat is a strung out assistant manager at Hot Topic who knitted his own beanie. Saurus also hasn't been known to smoke crack, inject steroids or regularly act suss in public due to undiagnosed mental disorders, nor is it likely that his death will be caused by a stab wound on the bank of a Canadian river. Rest in Peace Pat but GTFOH sweetheart. Oh and if you read the description of this video, KOTD basically openly acknowledges that the Grand Prix was a sham and Saurus and Illmac got jerked. If you can't beat em just copy the JumpOff model and rig it. Can't even blame them, a broke busboy from Whtiby Ontario teamed up with a rando and couldn't hope to step to two of the best to ever do it. Hugs

in a rap battle, nothing is off-limits. the norm of a battle is that respect and friendships are thrown right out the door or flushed down the toilet once those first lines are said. what matters is how you show love and respect for your opponent after the battle and that goes for the other people you attacked or mentioned in your verse. What Pat said was extremely disrespectful but it's verbal warfare, it's open season so don't hold it against him. respect to Pat and The Saurus. two of the best in the game today and of all fucking time.
