Mr. KShar, thank you for a wonderful recipe. One comment for Zardan: Grow up. Being Iranian is not just about cooking or speaking right English, is about how to talk in a right way and how to respect others. I am not sure exactly where you have been raised, but dear, Kotlet is an Iranian food and Iranians love it. If you feel you don't belong to the culture, please don't waste your time watching something you don't understand or appreciate. Go and watch something you can make and enjoy!!!!!

This comment is for zadran zadrani: You absolutely don't have the right to criticize someone else's English when you have so many grammatical, punctuation, and spelling errors in the one paragraph that you wrote. I wanted to point out your errors so everyone knows what an ignorant person they are dealing with. This way we can just ignore you and not waste any more time on this stupid subject: 1. In your first sentence: you should say "Your" and not "your". When you start a sentence the word should start with capital letter. Also you should write "English" and not "english". 2. In your second sentence, again you start the sentence with small letter, and again this is wrong. You should write "throughout" and not "through out". You should write "throughout the video" and not "through out video". 3. Again your third sentence starts with a small letter. Wrong!! 4. In your 4th sentence, you should spell "anyway" and not "any way"!! 5. You should say "Iranians" and not "Iranian". 6 etc... I'm sorry that I wasted my precious time on you. But, I believe it was necessary to let you and other people know that you have more than 10 grammatical and spelling errors in one small paragraph and you have the audacity to criticize others. Please practice what you preach. Also I want to thank KShar for his awesome videos. I have used them and will use them and have always enjoyed your enthusiasm and awesome cooking style. Keep up the good work.

my comment is for zadran zadrani. I'd like to know who died and made you grammar police. Who cares if his English is weak or strong. He is cooking Persian foods and of course 90% of his audience are Persian and we all speak with broken English and we all understand each other pretty well. Also about your comment on who eats Kutlet other than Iranian, #1 He's teaching mostly Iranian, and some of us don't know how to cook it and #2, besides of Iranian , any American who has ever tried Kutlet they've loved it and they wanted to know that how was it made. All my American friends including my boy friend they all love to eat kutlet. and the last thing that I'd like to say to you is that please stop being rude to others and you do not have to watch something that you don't like

KShar Kitchen Dear Kshar your cooking videos has helped hundreds of thousands of people in U.S and around the world how to make all your delicious Persian recipes. And I'm sure many of those folks (including myself) been able very proudly to cook and serve some of those dishes to our families/ friends or may be for ourselves . PLEASE continue your cooking shows and all the other extra videos beside cooking that you've been making.. There are all kinda people to make this world , those who are ignorant and ungrateful and not only they don't contribute anything to the society themselves,, they like to criticize others. Please don't ever let one negative person stop you of what you're doing. YOU are a very intelligent and talented person

I enjoy watching ,Merci.I have a question Kashan, why don't you cook with your wife that would be nice. I'm an American who speaks Farsi and lived in Iran for 10 years so enjoy all the foods and preparing them
