The only way a cover of a Mami song could stand by the original's side: being rearranged by Kazuya Takase and having KOTOKO's vocals. Legendary, unreal, straight out of an impossible dream

For A Certain Magical Index, or even railgun moving forward, I really hope to see KOTOKO be a part of the Toaru singing Universe somehow; now that Mami Kawada and Maon Kurosaki is gone. 😢

@@isaac1990lam I don't actually read or watch the Toaru series but I've been keeping up with the OP songs (more or less) and I agree! Would be awesome as long as there's talent on the producing side as well (don't want any meh producers having KOTOKO's vocals carry them). I didn't know about Kurosaki passing away, that's horrible. Wish I'd looked into her work more, she was a really good vocalist.

@@raccoonchild her collaboration with I've Sound Producers were some other best. The Reincarnation Album (Tokyo Ravens) really had the early KOKOTO vibe that I really loved. She will be surely missed.

Por lo que tengo entendido esta canción la escribieron KOTOKO y Mami juntas. Entonces creo que es un buen homenaje a Mami después de todo KOTOKO estuvo con ella en su último concierto. ❤❤

I haven’t listened to Kotoko since watching Kannazuki no Miku back in 2008, but gahd I missed how hard the techno beats go

The OP & ED were the best songs. I still listen to them. I still have that anime saved to my PC after all these years.

Kazuya Takase and the ive sound producers had some of the best instrumentals. Most of her best songs were under ive sound imo.

*Miko I don't know how you got here if you haven't listened to KOTOKO since 2008, but here's a crazy coincidence: This specific version of radiance was rearranged by Takase Kazuya, the composer and arranger for Re-sublimity.
