अब तक जितने भी बोरवेल हादसे हुए हैं सबसे अधिक संसाधन कोटपूतली बोरवेल हादसे में उपयोग लिए जा चुके हैं जिसमें तीन जेसीबी मशीन, दो पाइलिंग मशीन, दो क्रेन, 10 ट्रैक्टर सहित आदि अनेक मशीनरी का उपयोग किया जा चुका है लेकिन अभी तक भी रेस्क्यू ऑपरेशन जारी है और एनडीआरएफ और प्रशासन के हाथ खाली है किसी के पास इस बात का कोई जवाब नहीं है कि कब तक यह ऑपरेशन कंप्लीट कर लिया जाएगा। आज पांचवे दिन भी 3 साल की मासूम चेतना को बाहर नहीं निकाला जा सका है प्लान A फेल होने के बाद प्लान B को उपयोग में लाया गया लेकिन अभी तक उससे भी कोई नतीजा नहीं निकला है वही आज दोपहर बाद बारिश आने की वजह से रेस्क्यू ऑपरेशन कुछ देर के रुका रहा लेकिन बारिश बंद होने के बाद फिर से रेस्क्यू ऑपरेशन को शुरू कर दिया गया है परंतु जैसे-जैसे समय बित रहा है वैसे-वैसे परिजनों की उम्मीद अब टूटती जा रही है परिजन व ग्रामीण बीते समय के साथ हताश होने लगे है। 5 दिन से जारी रेस्क्यू ऑपरेशन सफल नहीं होने की वजह से अब रेस्क्यू टीम और प्रशासन की प्लानिंग पर सवाल उठने लगे हैं अगर परफेक्ट प्लानिंग के तहत काम किया गया होता तो शायद अब तक यह रेस्क्यू ऑपरेशन कामयाब हो चुका होता। पिता भूपेंद्र सिंह एक कोने में निढाल हुए बैठे हैं और उनकी आंखों के आंसू मानो जैसे सूख चुके हैं वही मां धोली देवी का रो-रो कर बुरा हाल है आशा की कोई किरण नजर नहीं आ रही है और उम्मीदों का दामन छूटता जा रहा है। रेस्क्यू ऑपरेशन में शामिल किसी भी अधिकारी के पास चेतना को बाहर निकलने में और कितना समय लगेगा इसका कोई जवाब नहीं है । कोटपूतली के इस रेस्क्यू ऑपरेशन को पूरे 100 घंटे बीत चुके हैं राजस्थान में हुए बोरवेल हादसों में यह रेस्क्यू ऑपरेशन सबसे लंबा माना जा रहा है लेकिन नतीजे के नाम पर अभी भी हाथ खाली हैं।

No one has an answer as to when this operation will be completed. Today, on the fifth day, 3-year-old innocent Chetna could not be taken out. After plan A failed, plan B was used but till now it has also not yielded any result. Due to rain today afternoon, the rescue operation was halted for some time but after the rain stopped, the rescue operation has been started again but as time is passing, the hopes of the family are getting shattered. The family and the villagers are getting frustrated with the passage of time. Due to the failure of the rescue operation that was going on for 5 days, questions are being raised on the planning of the rescue team and the administration. If the work had been done under perfect planning, then perhaps this rescue operation would have been successful by now. Father Bhupendra Singh is sitting exhausted in a corner and it seems as if the tears of his eyes have dried up. Mother Dhole Devi is in a bad condition due to crying. There is no ray of hope visible and hopes are fading away. None of the officers involved in the rescue operation has an answer as to how much more time it will take for Chetna to come out. 100 hours have passed since this rescue operation in Kotputli. This rescue operation is considered to be the longest among the borewell accidents in Rajasthan, but hands are still empty in the name of results.
